Perspectives - Employee Stories Series

This was one of my favourite projects to work on. I heard that Booking.com had hired a blind computer programmer and thought this would make a great story about the company's diversity and accessibility. I interviewed Parham to write an article, but as soon as we began talking, I knew he deserved more.

So myself and my long-suffering producer friend and colleague set about turning his story into the first of what became a series of heartwarming videos about our diverse workforce.
